The family property law team is led by an experienced and dynamic partner and is composed of two associates, one of whom is counsel.
As a fully integrated member of the team, you will assist clients with a range of family property law issues (divorce, liquidation of matrimonial property regimes, inheritance), both in litigation and in amicable settlements.
Description of duties
You will work directly with the partner and the two associates. You will be involved in all stages of the cases (research, legal analysis, court proceedings, drafting of documents and consultations, client meetings, hearings).
