The Law no 2020-290 passed on 23 March 2020 declaring a “state of health emergency” enabled the Government to adopt various economic measures to “handle the impacts of the covid-19 outbreak and limit the spread of the virus“.
On 25 March 2020, the Government adopted 25 Executive Orders covering a large variety of sectors and issues. The Executive Orders were published in the Official Journal on 26 March 2020.
